Clean your grill grate and get grate hot over top of wood flames. You can take a paper towel with a little olive oil and quickly wipe the grill to help prevent sticking. Place your thin chops on the grill and you can raise the grill and cook a little slower. Turn in 5 minutes and repeat a few times. You can place nearer to heat when you wish to finish them golden brown.
Make the sandwich with your favorite whole grain bread (you could also toast the bread on the grill and place meat on bread before removing from grill), Add your crisp leaf lettuce and tomatoe. You can also use a low-fat olive oil Mayonaisse. Enjoy.
